Character anime illustration, warm

Create a refined anime-style illustration using a two-panel horizontally stacked layout, separated by a thin white dividing line, showing the same , a blonde female student in a sunlit classroom. There are 2 panels total: the upper panel is a high-angle shot looking down from her upper right, she is sitting on a wooden classroom chair beside a large sunlit window, holding a light blue popsicle near her mouth; the lower panel is a chest-up close-up shot from the front, she holds the same popsicle in one hand, with blurred classroom desks and blackboard in the background, and a deep blue sky and fluffy white clouds visible outside the window. She has a slightly messy, damp-looking short blonde bob, shimmering in the warm sunlight, with fair skin, wearing a white sweatshirt that looks wet, with navy trim at the collar and cuffs, and navy athletic shorts on the bottom. Add 2 star accessories: a blue-and-gold star necklace pendant and a matching star pendant earring. The scene should be full of summer nostalgia, with warm afternoon light, glossy highlights, parquet wooden classroom floor, wooden desks, a background blackboard, and a soft depth-of-field effect. Place flat opaque tan obstruction rectangles over the facial areas in both panels, consistent with the skin-tone obstruction blocks visible in the image, while keeping the hair, ears, jewelry, clothing, hands, popsicle, classroom, and window lighting visible. Use delicate semi-realistic anime rendering, soft painterly shading, high-resolution vertical composition, aspect ratio, and a bright clean color palette dominated by white, navy, gold, and sky blue.
