Create a highly detailed vertical anime sci-fi illustration. The main subject is , full body, standing on a wet, damaged metal pier in an abandoned futuristic harbor, with a turbulent ocean in the background. She has , fair skin, melancholic large blue eyes, and a calm, serious expression. She wears white, black, and blue tactical cyber armor, with many straps, belts, pouches, buckles, glowing blue tech decorations, mechanical leg armor, armored boots, dark over-knee socks, and small wing-like hair ornaments. Her left hand holds a huge futuristic rifle pointing downward; on her raised right hand rests a blue mechanical bird with spread wings. The sea is deep and turbulent, scattered with points of light, sparks, smoke, rain mist, and reflective puddles on the foreground ground. Use a atmosphere, dramatic backlighting from a cloudy sunset sky, cool blue-gray tones accented with faint warm orange lights, fine mechanical details, painterly anime realism, clear character focus, deep perspective, epic grand scale, high contrast, ultra-detailed concept art, 9:16 vertical composition.
