Portrait anime illustration night rain

Create a highly dramatic vertical anime-style portrait, the protagonist standing centered in a narrow futuristic city alley at night, with heavy rain pouring all around. He has messy layered , a confident and powerful pose; his face is deliberately covered by a matte gray-pink semi-transparent rectangular block, obscuring the entire facial area. He wears a glossy rain-soaked long leather trench coat with wide lapels, gold buttons and shoulder details, a black open-collar shirt underneath, black glossy trousers, and a black belt with a brass buckle. His arms are tightly crossed over his chest, cuffs slightly rolled up, raindrops and highlights covering his skin and clothing. Behind him, bright electric-blue lightning splits the dark sky and forms jagged arcs of energy around his silhouette, creating a halo effect; add visible steam or mist near his shoulders. The background is a towering dark city alley flanked by shadowed building walls, with faint glowing signs and streetlights at the bottom edge, showing deep perspective, wet reflective surfaces, and dense vertical rain streaks. Use high-contrast cinematic lighting, saturated blues and reds, glossy reflections, fine anime illustration details, dynamic composition, and create a heroic low-angle visual feel.
