Create a vertical composition anime-style illustration featuring , standing alone in the rain, high-angle overhead view, as if the camera is watching her from above. She has flowing , wearing a neat Japanese school uniform: navy blazer, white shirt, green striped tie, navy pleated skirt, black tights, and glossy black loafers. Her face is deliberately hidden by a soft square blur or featureless block, but her pose remains gentle and calm, looking up. She holds a huge transparent plastic umbrella, ribs clearly visible, curved handle; the umbrella surface is covered with raindrops and sparkling highlights. The background is wet stone pavement after rain, puddles reflecting blue sky, white clouds, surrounding greenery, and a diagonal rainbow reflection in the lower foreground. Add a dark railing on the right, leafy shadows in the upper right, and scattered raindrops, ripples, and mirror-like road reflections throughout the image. Use a refined Japanese anime/light novel key visual style, emphasizing highly detailed water effects, a bright blue-gray rainy atmosphere, soft sunlight piercing the clouds, cinematic composition, delicate linework, and no text or watermark in the image.
