Cat anime illustration city ruins cute

Create a stylized anime/manga illustration depicting two young post-apocalyptic scavenger teens sitting side by side on a cracked concrete wall in a ruined city, with a deep blue sky in the background. The scene contains 2 characters and 1 small cat. The left character is a drowsy blonde child with messy light-colored hair, half-closed eyes, wearing a white oversized hooded cloak shaped like the skin of some strange creature, with black spots and circular eye-like markings, and a tall cylindrical canister or launcher strapped vertically behind their head; between their knees stands 1 long black futuristic rifle; they wear dark shorts, white socks, thick green sneakers, and knee pads. The right character is a calm gray-haired child with a short bob, half-closed eyes, wearing a white skull-like animal helmet with 2 huge orange eye holes and small teeth along the edge; they wear a blue jacket layered over black clothing, a gray scarf, tactical straps, a tan backpack covered in patches, olive trousers and knee pads, paired with white socks and oversized orange boots. Place 1 cat in the lower right corner, sitting by the wall; the cat is dark charcoal gray with pointed ears, yellow eyes, and a slightly irritated expression. The background should show a sparse abandoned city skyline, with 2 tall abandoned buildings visible, broken wall panels, scattered debris, small floating gravel, 1 black bird silhouette, and fluffy white clouds. Use clean rough black outlines, flat cel shading, soft color palette, exaggerated oversized shoes and gear, creating a cute but gritty sci-fi adventure atmosphere, vertical portrait composition, low-angle view, no photorealism, no text, no watermark.
