Girl anime illustration rainy city cute

Create a 9:16 vertical anime-style illustration depicting a cute chibi cat-eared adventure girl, sitting on broken concrete rubble in a post-apocalyptic ruined city after rain at sunrise. The character is , a young-looking beast-eared girl with light brown messy short hair, fluffy cat ears with white inner ear fur, golden-brown eyes, soft blush, and a calm shy smile. She wears rugged brown survival gear: a long brown coat or short robe, dark leggings, knee pads, fingerless gloves, a tool belt with metal buckles, small pouches, straps, and heavy brown lace-up combat boots, with a dark red scarf around her neck and a curled brown cat tail showing behind her. She sits with knees bent on wet rubble, holding 2 small handheld items: one hand holds a short knife, the other hand holds a piece of wood, whittling it. On her back she carries 2 tall metal spear-like weapons or blades, fixed with leather straps, and 2 glowing round potion-like ornaments hang from the gear, one red and one green. The background is a deserted city street with collapsed buildings, exposed concrete frames, rubble, puddles, scattered grass sprouts, an overcast stormy sky, and warm sunrise light breaking through at the horizon, reflected on the wet ground. Heavy rain falls across the entire image in long vertical lines, with cinematic rim light and atmospheric mist. In the upper left, add handwritten glowing Japanese morning text ; and around the text add 2 small doodles: a simple sun icon on the left and a tiny green sprout icon on the right. Visual style: highly detailed modern anime illustration, painterly lighting, cute character design contrasting with the rugged ruins, warm orange sunrise interwoven with cold gray rain scene, clear focus on the character, depth-of-field effect, no watermark, no extra characters, no extra text.
