Cute cat anime illustration

Create a vertical blackboard-style illustration, depicting a mischievous cute kitten enjoying a messy fish feast. Use a niji-like anime picture book style, presenting rough chalk, crayon, colored chalk, and scratched paint textures on a dark blackboard background. The subject is , with large triangular ears, half-closed lazy golden eyes, a small pink nose, a protruding tongue, and one front paw raised toward the viewer showing pink paw pads. The kitten wears . On the foreground tabletop are 5 messy food items: on the right is a huge blue-gray whole fish, on the left is a dark bowl filled with minced fish, at the bottom center is a white fish skeleton, at the lower left is a triangular fish head bone, and at the lower right is a tube of red-and-blue squeezable fish paste, with sauce spilling from the nozzle. The blackboard background contains 12 chalk doodles: a paw print in the upper left, a red curly arrow, a large rocket in the upper right, a small fish bone near the upper right, a standing kitten silhouette on the right, a yellow star in the upper left, an explosion star near the top center, a pink star near the rocket, and 2 tiny flower doodles and 2 small crescent moons. The image uses a dense hand-drawn composition, with vibrant scratches, visible chalk dust, smeared paint, uneven outlines, halftone speckles, and layered strokes of beige, salmon pink, navy blue, purple, orange, and white. Keep the kitten centered and dominant, the scene playful and slightly chaotic, with no readable text, no watermark, and avoid a clean digital vector feel.
