Character anime illustration night scene cool tone

Using REFERENCE_0 as the character base, redraw this original character as a refined modern anime illustration, rather than a rough sketch. Keep the core design unchanged: white hair, black curved horns, a strand of red hair by the ear, white shirt, red tie with a small gold emblem at the tip, black suspenders, brown belt, black pants, gold waist chain, cape-like dark outer fabric, choker, dangling cross earrings, and a confident pose with one hand placed behind the head. Upgrade the overall look to a high-detail, glossy rendering, with clean lines, dramatic lighting, rich fabric folds, shiny black leather texture, and adopt more mature, fashionable proportions. Place the character in a dark stone pillar background at night, with cool-toned rim lighting, using a slightly low-angle half-body close-up composition. Make it present the quality of a high-end character redraw, giving new life to the old original artwork.
